Mystery Stat - Runs per Season
| The following sheets do not show singles, doubles and triples, nor do they show the names
of any players. No way! Heresy, you say? Relax. This stuff shows how all of our teams have done by
Season and by Year.
|
| .
|
| The following stats show the average number of runs each team scored in a season or a year.
The first columns of balls down at the bottom shows how we did per Season and shows both Men's and
Coed teams. Then I broke it out by Men's and Coed by season. The last column shows how we did per Year.
|
| .
|
| The first row is sorted so that we see our best average Offenses on top. The second row is
the same stuff, but sorted so that our best Defenses are listed first. The third row shows the average margin
of victory for that team, sorted by highest to lowest.

|
| Click on the ball for "Men's by Season" by "Defense" and right at the top you see that
the Summer 2002 Dirty Dozen had the best ever Men's defensive season in McCoy Softball history, allowing opponents
only 5.50 runs per game over the course of the season. Click on "Coed by Season" by "Margin" and you'll see
that The Cincinnati Reds had the largest margin of victory for a Coed team back in Summer I 1998. Click on
"Combined by Year" by "Offense" and again you see the Reds again, this time maintaining an average of 19.26 runs
per game over the entire year in 1998.
